Canceled Sunday, July 28th Rehearsal/Next Performance – Wednesday, July 31st at the Evergreen Lake House (4-9pm)

 JUST A REMINDER – NO REHEARSAL ON SUNDAY, 7/28!

 Please remember that your festival badge is good through Sunday, 7/28, for all Evergreen Jazz Festival Performances.

 On Wednesday, July 31st, please arrive at the Evergreen Lake House (29614 Upper Bear Creek Rd) by 4pm. Please wear your maroon/shorts outfit. Colton, you’ll need your drum kit. Matt, you’ll need your keyboard, and Andrew, you’ll need your bass amp. The sound check will take place from 4:30 until 5:30pm, followed by our 5:30 to 6:30pm performance. 

 Audience members – bring folding chairs if you want a seat. Also, parking will be very scarce – be sure to arrive very early. Dress for the mountain weather!

 Mr. and Ms. Sparks have invited you all to a Celebration Farewell Dinner (30395 Roan Dr, Evergreen) for all musicians and their families after the July 31st performance. Everyone is invited to this dinner. This will be the last time Tyvon and Alec will be with the band, so let’s make it very special! Can you please RSVP Ms. Sparks at: staceysparks@gmail.com. Please let her know how many in your family will attend the July 31st dinner. The Sparks do not need you to bring anything to the dinner. Thanks so much for doing this – Stacey & Reid!!

Please remember that we are still trying to find a drummer for the new band. We are now extending invitations to advanced 8th grade drummers who would like to audition. Please help with inviting any 8th through 12th graders who you feel would be a good match for our band.
