PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR OUR EVERGREEN JAZZ FESTIVAL WORKSHOP AND PERFORMANCE ON THURSDAY, JULY 28TH – SUNDAY, JULY 31ST: Please arrive at the Evergreen Christian Church (7772 Iris Dr) by 9:30 am on Thursday. Dress casual for the day.
Please bring a folding music stand. Lunch will be provided free both on Thursday and Friday. Ray, please bring all of your cymbals for the 4 days in Evergreen.
Please be sure all selections are memorized for our Evergreen Jazz Festival performance sets on Friday through Sunday.

Please work really hard and be ready for this weekend’s performances.
Parents will receive free festival badges for the entire 3 day festival.
Fri: 8:00 am-11:45 pm [Includes commute time] (maroon/shorts) Workshop runs 9:00 am through 3:00 pm; Please bring dinner money. We’ll listen to professional bands up until our own performance; [Performance Set – ElksLodge Patio – 9:45-10:45 pm].
Sat: 11:45 am-4:00 pm [Includes commute time] (blue/slacks) [No Daniel]; Meet at the Evergreen Lake House at 12:45 pm (29614 Upper Bear Creek Rd); Performance with the Workshop students will be from 1:30 until 3:00 pm ($5 admissions available for family members)
Sun: 8:00 am-11:45 am [Includes commute time] (maroon/shorts)]; Meet at the Evergreen Elks Lodge Patio (27972 Iris Dr) at 9:00 am. Performance Set runs from 9:45 am until 10:45 am.

No rehearsals on 9/4 or 9/11. There will be a rehearsal on 9/18, but no performance.
