PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR OUR PERFORMANCE ON SATURDAY, May 14th: Please arrive at Mile Hi Church (9079 W Alameda Ave, Lakewood) by 1:30pm. Please wear your blue band shirt outfit.
Please bring all ticket money and any tickets to be returned.
Be sure that all 3 sets are memorized for Saturday’s performance.
Our performance sets go from 2:30 until 5:30 pm.
We should be done at 6:30 pm, after clean up, etc…

PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR OUR PERFORMANCE AND REHEARSAL ON SUNDAY, May 15TH: Please arrive at the Westminster Elks Lodge (3850 Elk Drive) by 3:15pm. Note the new, earlier time, since we now perform at each session from 3:45 until 4:15 pm.
Please wear your maroon band shirt, khaki slacks, dress shoes and socks.
Be sure you have all three tunes completely memorized: Five Foot Two, Creole Love Song, and It Don’t Mean a Thing.

Please remember that we will have the required parent/student Sacramento Trip meeting right at 5:00 pm, at the Westminster Elks Lodge (downstairs). Please bring your completed, signed forms with you to the meeting. Also, please bring copies of both sides of your current medical card, unless I have the exact same card copies from last year.
Remember to bring dinner money, as we will car pool to dinner on our way to rehearsal.
Please remember to bring your listening CD’s to Sunday’s rehearsal.
Please bring your May dues and Swiss Trip Payment #3, if you haven’t already done so.
We are also planning on rehearsing: Maple Leaf Rag, Royal Garden Blues, Si Tu Vois Ma Mere, and Wolverine Blues.
Please work really hard and be ready for Sunday’s performance and rehearsal.
