We’ll see everyone by 3:15pm on Sunday, December 17th, at Westminster Elks Lodge (3850 Elk Dr), for our 3:50-4:15pm performance in between the 2nd and 3rd sets of the Hot Tomatoes Dance Orchestra. Please arrive earlier if you can, since a lot of the holiday potluck food will be gone by 3pm. Please wear your maroon/slacks band outfit and bring dinner money, the cymbals & bass amp. Parents are welcome to attend for free, but the Club is suggesting you bring a food item for the Potluck.
At 5:15pm we’ll carpool to a quick dinner on our way to Denver Percussion (7399 S. Tucson Way, Centennial), for our 6:15-9pm Rehearsal/Clinic with professional jazz drummer Todd Reid.

NYC TRIP PAYMENTS – The NYC Trip is set for Monday, July 16th through Sunday, July 22nd. We are collecting 11 – $275 monthly trip payments due on the last day of each month, or soon thereafter. That will cover the costs of both the Sacramento Music Festival Trip over Memorial Day Weekend, and the July 16th through 22nd NYC Trip. You can use your account to reduce the monthly trip payments. Before each monthly due date, I will send you an account update in case you want to use those funds to go towards that particular monthly payment.
