We’ll see you by 5pm, at Keys on the Green (29614 Upper Bear Creek Rd, Evergreen), on Wednesday, June 14th, for our 6-6:45pm complimentary dinner, and our 6:45-8:45pm performance at the Evergreen Jazz Festival Workshop Fundraiser Dinner. Please wear your maroon/slacks band outfit. Please leave extra early, due to traffic during that time of day. Bring all equipment, including PA System, keyboard, patch cord, bass amp, drum kit, carpet, brass mutes, alto sax and flugelhorn. Our sound check needs to be completed by 6pm. Parents, friends and relatives are invited to the $50 fundraiser dinner. We should be good to go home at about 9:45pm.
Just a reminder that we decided to cancel Sunday’s rehearsal after our club performance on June 18th.
