PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR OUR REHEARSAL ON SUNDAY, APRIL 22ND: Please arrive at Flesher-Hinton Music Store by 6:15 pm.

Nice job last Sunday – it was an excellent performance and we earned another $293 for our trip fund – great job!!

Please remember to bring your April dues on Sunday.

Please note the additional dates we’ve now added to our schedule – Saturday, May 12th (3:15-9 pm, including commute time – Boulder Mall, various locations; Saturday, May 19th (3-5:30pm) Arvada Estates Retirement Community; Sunday, May 20th (5:00-5:30 pm) Westminster Elks Lodge – Mandatory Parent/Student Sacramento Trip Meeting; and Tuesday, June 5th (7-8 pm) Holly Creek Retirement Center, Centennial.

I’ve also uploaded files for the Sacramento trip – performance sets, packing list, rules and regulations contract, and medical authorization form. The rules and medical forms need to be completed and signed before our meeting on the 20th of May. We’ll also need a copy of both sides of your medical insurance card.

Please be sure the following selections are especially prepared and memorized for our upcoming Boulder Mall performance set next Saturday (Black Bottom Stomp, Midnight in Moscow, Indiana, Ory’s Creole Trombone, and Blue Prelude). The set order sheets and reference recordings can be found on the Downloads page.

Please remember to bring your listening CD’s on Sunday.

We have 5 auditions, so please be prepared to play “Wolverine Blues” several times.

Please work really hard, enjoy your private lessons, and be ready for Sunday’s rehearsal.

Trip Update: We still need to come up with a total of $1070 to cover the remaining costs for both trips. We are still hopeful that we can get some donations and gigs before we leave on our trips. But, each of us should plan on paying a maximum balance of $107 our trip to New Orleans in June.
