Please remember to bring your February dues and European Tour airfare on Sunday. Trevor, Tim and Colton have already paid their dues and European airfare payment. Mr. and Mrs. Smith have also submitted their first trip payment. You will be receiving a reminder email with your total amount that needs to be turned in on Sunday.
As you know by now, our big benefit concert will be on Sunday, June 9th from 3 until 6pm at Ziggies. You can start selling tickets immediately. On Sunday you will receive 2 copies of a concert ticket tracker form. Please always fill both sheets in as you collect ticket money. That way you will turn in your weekly sales with one sheet and keep the second one for your records. Anyone turning in ticket money each week will receive a new blank sheet for the following week’s sales. I’ll explain more at Sunday’s rehearsal. Please remenber that no actual physical tickets will be handed to the customers. A paid guest list will be provided to the Ziggie’s ownership in advance of showtime, similar to how they do it at Dazzle’s Jazz Club.
The set orders and reference recordings can be found on the Downloads page. I’ve uploaded the set list for our performance with Jim Fryer on Sun, 2/17. Please be sure all tunes are prepared and memorized completely for that performance! Sell as many of the $8 tickets as you can – it will bring the trip cost down for each individual who makes some ticket sales!!
