Alex and George please be prepared to perform and show your prepared transcription solo on Jan. 9th.

Please practice Bill’s improv. book on pg. 36, and be sure to work with his CD as well.

We will play the following possible selections on Jan. 9th: Singin’ the Blues, Black Bottom Stomp, Jazz Me Blues, The Mooche, Si Tu Vois Ma Mere, Midnight in Moscow, Ory’s Creole Trombone, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Alabama Jubilee, Bill Bailey, Bourbon St. Parade, Dead Man Blues, Do You Know What it Means to Miss New Orleans?, Emperor Norton’s Hunch, and Exactly Like You.

Enjoy all your preparations and private lessons this week! Please work really hard and be ready for the Jan. 9th rehearsal.

We will be performing with Your Father’s Mustache Band at the Bull and Bush Pub on Sunday, Jan. 23rd from 6:30 until 9:00 pm. Our rehearsal will run from 3:15 until 5:45 pm.
