Performance at the Seawell Ball Room on Sat, 4/23

PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR OUR PERFORMANCE ON SATURDAY, APRIL 23RD: Please arrive at the Seawell Ball Room (Speer Blvd at Arapahoe St, Denver, CO 80204) by 5:00 pm. It’s right across the patio from Boettcher Concert Hall and the Buell Theatre. You can park in the DCPA parking garage, but it usually costs around $12.

Please wear your maroon band outfit and bring dinner money.

Bobby, we’ll need you to bring your drum set. Please call me when you’re in the area and I’ll meet you at the Seawell garage on Arapahoe St. We can then bring the drum set up the elevator to the ball room.

Please work really hard and be ready for Saturday’s performance.

I’m very sorry about Thursday night. In light of the situation, everyone should plan on making the May $500 Switzerland Trip payment on May 1st. We’ll also collect the monthly dues at that time.

Please remember the special parent/student meeting on Sunday, May 1st at 8:45 pm. We will plan for the May 14th concert at that time.
