Bill Clark will see you by 6:30pm on Sunday, 10/27 at Flesher-Hinton Music Store for our 6:30-9:00pm special clinic/rehearsal. Andrew, on bass, will not be attending, due to his marching band’s performance at State in Grand Junction.
TRANSCRIPTION ASSIGNMENT: Everyone is required to transcribe a solo from our professional recordings. We’ll continue to listen to all transcriptions this Sunday. Adam is doing “The Mooche,” Jake C is transcribing “Saints,” Jake W is doing “Bourbon Street,” or something else, Andrew is transcribing “Bill Bailey,” Josh is doing “After You’ve Gone,” Trevor is transcribing “Washington and Lee Swing,” and Xavier is doing a tune which has not been confirmed as of yet. Copland completed and performed his transcription two weeks ago.
Please be sure pp. 8, 9, & 17 in Bill’s Improv Book are prepared.
