ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 30TH, PLEASE WEAR YOUR BLUE BAND SHIRT, KHAKI BAND PANTS, BLACK DRESS SHOES, AND  DRESS SOCKS OUTFIT. WE WILL MEET AT THE RED LION SE BALL ROOM (Red Lion Inn Denver Southeast 3200 South Parker Road, Aurora) BY 9:00AM. We perform from 10:00 until 10:25am. A grand piano will be provided. Colton, please bring your cymbals.

Please bring brunch and dinner money as we will have a meal on the hotel premises after our performance, and a possible dinner stop on the way to rehearsal. We will stay and listen to a few pro bands. We’ll then car pool to our rehearsal at Flesher-Hinton. We should be done early – by 7pm. 

Please remember to bring your September dues on Sunday, if you have not already done so.

Please work really hard and be ready for Sunday’s performance.

Please remember to bring your listening CD’s on Sunday.

Please be prepared to play pp. 8, 9 & 15 (bottom) in the improv book . Please practice so you can do the scales/chords from memory. 
For the Summit Jazz Festival on Sunday, September 30th – Reserved Family Festival Badges are as Follows:
$10 Sunday Festival Badge – Gelak (3) and Kloewer (4). I was told to have you pick the badges up and pay for them at Will Call.
Complimentary Admission to our 10-10:25am performance only – Jamerson (3), Martinez-Pina (5), Bell (3), Emmons (2), Smith (2), and Sparks (2).
Please let me know if there needs to be any revisions to these reservations.

Sunday, 3/17: No rehearsal or monthly performance.
Monday, 6/10: (6-9:30pm, 7-7:45pm concert) Performance w/Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra at Dazzle (930 Lincoln St, Denver). Includes
                                 sound check, performance, dinner and MJO’s performance]
