Please remember that the March dues need to be turned in on Sunday (except Trevor & Tim who already turned them in).
Also, please remember that the $680 Trip Payment #2 is due on Sunday.
I still need completed, signed, and notarized minor employment forms from all band members except Kris, Cameron, Trevor and Colton. Please bring them on Sunday.
As you know, our big benefit concert will be on Sunday, June 9th from 3 until 6pm at Ziggies. You can start selling tickets immediately. You received 2 copies of a concert ticket tracker form and several posters. Please always fill both sheets in as you collect ticket money. That way you will turn in your weekly sales with one sheet and keep the second one for your records. Anyone turning in ticket money each week will receive a new blank sheet for the following week’s sales. Please remember that no actual physical tickets will be handed to the customers. A paid guest list will be provided to the Ziggie’s ownership in advance of showtime, similar to how they do it at Dazzle’s Jazz Club.
Due to the cost of the $25 tickets, you could have people pay in 2 installments: $12.50 now, and $12.50 by May 30th.

Please be especially working on: Ham & Eggs, Marchand De Poissons, Big Butter and Egg Man, and Royal Garden Blues. Be sure these 4 tunes are memorized for our St. Patrick’s Day Bull & Bush Pub gig!
Also be working on: Sing Sing Sing, Muskrat Ramble, West End Blues, Minnie the Mooche, My Walkin’ Stick, Water from an Ancient Well, My Bucket’s Got a Hole in It, Do You Know What it Means to Miss New Orleans, Sweet Georgia Brown, and Sheik of Araby.
Please work really hard and be ready for Sunday’s rehearsal!
