Also, please bring your $500 for the March trip payment. Please let your parents know that we need $500 for each trip participant as well.
Please practice Bill’s improv. book on pg. 27, and be sure to work with his CD as well.
The Fat Tuesday gig will include: Bourbon St, The Mooche, Saints, Black Bottom Stomp, Washington and Lee Swing,
St. James Infirmary, Si Tu Vous, Maple Leaf Rag, After You’ve Gone, and All of Me. Be sure you have them all memorized.

We are also planning on rehearsing: Singin’ the Blues, Bill Bailey, Dead Man Blues, Do You Know What it Means to Miss New Orleans?, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Midnight in Moscow, Exactly Like You, My Bucket’s Got a Hole in It, and Creole Love Song.
Remember the required parent/student fundraising concert meeting from 8:45 until 9:15 pm on Sunday.
We will wear our maroon band outfit for the Fat Tuesday gig on March 8th. We are at Arvada Estates from 3:00 until 5:30 pm. The performance runs from 4:00 until 5:00 pm. Driving directions can be found on the Event Calendar page.
No rehearsal on Sunday, March 27th.
We will perform on Saturday, April 23rd at 6:00 pm for Juanita’s Swingin’ Jazz Concert in the Seawell Grand Ballroom (DCPA).
