Great job at tonight’s performance – Tulane University loved you guys!!

JUST A REMINDER FOR TOMORROW –

I just received updated information on Make Music Denver.

On Friday, June 21st,  by 8am, please meet at the 16th St. Mall & Arapahoe St. There is a musician check-in there. You can request a parking voucher from them at that location.

Credential Pick-Up, Check-In, and Parking at the Information Booth:·         The information booth will be located at Arapahoe & 16th Street on the right hand side, next to Skyline Park. FYI: One lane will be closed and this is a ONE-WAY street. Please arrive here with ample time (30-45 minutes) to pick-up your credentials, check-in, and receive your parking pass to park in the Garage at 15th  & Tremont. If you are running late, please stop by the information tent after your performance time.
o   You may park in the garage without the voucher. The voucher will be used to exit (black stripe up if using the automated pay stations). If you exit at the cashier, you will need the ‘entrance ticket’ pulled at the entrance to exit. If you use the  automated machines, you will not need the ‘entrance ticket’.

We are actually performing at the 16th St. Mall & Arapahoe Plaza, Corner. Clock Tower Plaza (North side of the 16th St. Mall, by Arapahoe St., outside of the Corner Bakery) by 8am. Please wear your maroon/shorts outfit. Colton, you’ll need your drum kit, and Matt, you will need to bring Trevor’s keyboard. Our performance goes from 9 until 10am. We will dismiss at around 10:30am.

Vets – Please realize that all late trip payments must be turned in, at the very latest, by Sunday June 29th.

Vets – Please bring any past due trip payments, if you have not already done so.

It’s important that all families participate in our King Soopers fundraiser, if at all possible. This fundraiser greatly contributes to our financial aid, uniforms, supplies, and trip expenses. Dottie will have the gift cards available for purchase on Sunday at the Elks Club. Please bring $25 in cash, or a check made payable to the Denver Jazz Club, for each card you would like to purchase. Remember, you just use the card, same as cash, at King Soopers and Loaf & Jug (great for gas purchases!), each time you shop. Then we get 5% of the sales – you can’t beat it! You still earn your points and gas discounts as long as you use your King Soopers Rewards Card, along with the gift card. Thanks for all your support!!

All dates and driving directions can be found on the Event Calendar page.
