Here is the information for tomorrow’s radio day performance –
Please wear your blue band shirt/new khaki slacks/dress socks/dress shoes. We need Alex’s keyboard and Bobby’s drum set.
Please arrive at the unloading zone (between the Tivoli Parking Lot and the King Center on the lane off Walnut St). I’ve attached the campus map and directions to Tuesday’s performance. We will have parking passes at that unloading zone for the 5 drivers. Bobby and Alex will be able to drive to the stage area (you will get escorted to that location).

We will take a group photo right after our performance, so please plan on departing at 5:30 pm.
DIRECTIONS:
Auraria Parkway to 7th Street (south). Left (east) on Walnut St./Tivoli Parking Lot Entry. Make a right (south) to just past the Tivoli Parking Lot. We will unload on the left (east side) in between the Tivoli Parking Lot and the King Center. This is where you will get your parking passes. This is also where Alex and Bobby will be escorted to the performance stage. Everyone will then park in the Tivoli Parking Lot. The Tivoli Commons is where our performance will be.
The performance organizers wanted to let you know that their radio station website is: www.kmetradio.org. You will see info about our 4:30 to 5:00 pm performance on their website. Please realize the performance will not be broadcast on the campus radio station. They stream everything and cannot include outdoor performances like the one we are doing on Tuesday.
PLEASE DON’t FORGET – We are in the process of updating our website, so please submit a paragraph of bio. info that I can post on the website about you. Please check out the postings that are already up there to give you some ideas on how to write your paragraph. Please email those to me as soon as possible. We still need bios from Dallas and Tim!
