Tuesday, June 14th Performance at Mile High Station

PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR TUESDAY’S PERFORMANCE: Please arrive at Mile High Station (2027 W Colfax Ave) by 4:00 pm. Please allow a lot of commute time around rush hour. Enter through the west door. Please wear formal suits (guys) and formal dresses (girls). Bobby needs to bring his drum set and Molly, please bring your synthesizer and amp. We will be able to enjoy complimentary drinks and food during our breaks. We perform from 5:45 until 6:30 pm, 6:45 until 7:30 pm, and then again from 7:45 until 8:30 pm.

This performance is for the Veteran All-Stars only.

Be sure all three sets are completely memorized.

ATTENTION VETERAN ALL-STARS:

WE WILL HAVE OUR MANDATORY PARENT/STUDENT SWITZERLAND TRIP MEETING AT 8:45PM, AFTER OUR JUNE 26TH REHEARSAL. STUDENTS, PLEASE MAKE A COLOR COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT PICTURE PAGE, AND TURN THAT IN AT THE JUNE 26TH MEETING. I HAVE ALL THE MEDICAL PAPERWORK I NEED, SO WE’RE GOOD THERE. I WILL SEND YOU A NEW, REVISED RULES SHEET THAT NEEDS TO BE SIGNED BY YOU AND A PARENT. PLEASE TURN THAT IN AT THE JUNE 26TH MEETING AS WELL. DEPENDING ON THE CONVERSION RATE, FUEL COST, ETC… WE MAY NEED 1 ADDITIONAL SMALL PAYMENT (APPROX. $200 OR LESS) TURNED IN ON THE 26TH. ALL DELINQUENT PAYMENTS HAVE TO BE PAID BY THE 26TH AT THE LATEST. ALL ADULT AND STUDENT TRIP PARTICIPANTS NEED TO BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING
