VETS – We’ll see you by 5pm at United Airlines Check-in/DIA.    

Tyvon and Colton – Please arrive to United Airlines Check-in/DIA by 6:15am Saturday morning. Please wear your blue/shorts outfit. The Best Western Motel Shuttle will pick you up at the Sacramento Airport at approximately 10:00am. If it is not waiting for you, please call the Best Western Sandman Motel at 916-441-1314. After the shuttle brings you to the motel, please put your suitcases at the front desk. They will hold them for you until Saturday night. Be sure and bring everything for performance and get on the music festival shuttle right in front of the motel. After the festival shuttle drops you off, please walk to the Golden Eagle Room in Old Sacramento (K & 2nd Streets). We’ll meet you there for our 11am set.

Please bring EVERYTHING you need for Sacramento (Picture ID, Music, Instruments, Tuba Mouthpiece, Washboards, Drum Sticks, Brushes & Cymbal Accessories, Reeds, Mutes, Valve/slide oil, Uniform shorts & slacks, dress socks, low cut white socks, tennis shoes, band shirts, belt, casual clothes, toiletries, sunscreen, and extra money).

Please bring your May dues and past due trip payments, if you have not already done so. New students bring anything past due to Tuesday’s gig.

I’ve uploaded the Sacramento set lists – please note that Dr. Bach would like us to perform “That’s a Plenty” with his band.

I’ve also attached the lead sheets and audio recording of “Bei Mir Bist Du Schon.” We will perform this in f minor with Dr. Bach on Saturday night.

I will be sending Kristy Reed’s lead sheets in another email.

New Band – It’s very important that you check all our dates out right away. We expect you to be at everything now, unless it specifically says Vets. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have a conflict with any of our dates as soon as possible.
