We’ll see everyone, by 6:45am, on Saturday, June 24th, at Southwest Airlines Curbside Outdoor Door #607 Check-in/DIA, East Side, for the start of our New York City Concert Tour.
Before leaving your home, please double check that you have everything on the revised packing list, along with anything else that you need throughout the trip.
I’ve attached the set lists, announcements, revised itinerary and packing list. After the 3 Swing 46 Jazz Club performances, we probably would like to change into business casual outfits (No tennis shoes, jeans, shorts or t-shirts). So, please plan on 6 business casual outfits.

Friday, July 28 (10:00am-7:30pm) Evergreen Jazz Festival Performances (Selected Students in the Friday Select Band Perform Between Noon and 2:15pm at the Evergreen Elks Ballroom; DJCYAS Set then takes place at the Evergreen Lake House, 2:30-3:30pm; A couple tunes will be performed with the Holland-Coots Quartet at their 5 to 6pm Elks Ballroom Set; and a performance will take place with the Queen City Jazz Band sometime during their 6:15 to 7:15pm Set at the Evergreen Lake House.
