His address is 7808 Cherry Creek South Drive #410, Denver, 80231. Please wear your blue band shirt, khaki slacks, dress shoes and socks. Bobby please bring your cymbals, and Rebecca please bring your washboard, for the photo.
Alex, Ian, and Molly still owe their December dues. After the photo we’ll car pool to the Westminster Elks Lodge (3850 Elk Drive). Revised set sheets can be found on the Downloads page. Driving directions can be found on the Event Calendar page. We will perform around 4:00 pm. All friends and family members are welcome to attend at no cost. Remember to bring dinner money, as we will car pool to dinner on our way to rehearsal.
Please make sure both selections are completely memorized for Sunday’s performance: Ice Cream and Washington and Lee Swing. Be sure to bring your washboards back from home on Sunday.
Please also be working on your transcription which will be due on Sunday except for Molly, Daniel, Ian, Rebecca, and Bobby.
Please also prepare the New Year’s Eve Birthday Party Set for Jim Hurlbut at the Wellshire Inn. You can now download the sets and be working on the lead, melody parts, which were assigned last week.
Please practice Bill’s improv. book on pp. 17 and 20, and be sure to work with his CD as well. Also, please work on your ‘half step below dominant sevenths’ exercise.
Remember we moved the following Sunday’s rehearsal to Monday, December 27th (same time).
